. Partners: L-Insurance is not contractually obliged to work exclusively with one or more insurance companies and provides a recommendation service based on impartial and personalised analysis, as defined in c) of 1° of II of Article L.521-2 of the French Insurance Code.

. Remuneration: L-Insurance's remuneration is based on commissions paid by partners, meaning remuneration included in the insurance premium, which varies depending on the partner and the nature of the contract.
